1. Overview
Fix Routines ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a subscription-based home maintenance service operated by Best Brothers GC Inc.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
Fix Routines provides:
- One (1) scheduled 60-minute home maintenance visit per month
- Access to approved light maintenance services
- Professional tools provided by technician
This subscription does not include:
- Emergency services
- Major renovations
- Structural work
- Plumbing or electrical work requiring permits
- Materials unless agreed in advance
3. Time Limitation
Each monthly visit is limited to sixty (60) minutes.
If selected tasks exceed the allotted time:
- Work will stop at 60 minutes, OR
- Additional time may be approved and billed separately at the current hourly rate.
Unused time does not roll over to future months.
4. Materials
Materials are not included in the subscription price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for supplying necessary materials unless pre-arranged.
5. Scheduling & Access
- Appointments must be scheduled through the Customer Portal.
- A minimum 24-hour notice is required for scheduling or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in the visit being counted as completed.
6. Payments & Billing
- Subscription fee: $99.99 per month
- Billing occurs automatically each month via Stripe.
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
- Failed payments must be resolved before future visits can be scheduled.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription may be canceled at any time through the Customer Portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused time.
8. Service Limitations
Fix Routines does not provide emergency services.
If you experience flooding, electrical hazards, gas leaks, or structural failure, contact appropriate emergency services immediately.
9. Property Conditions
Customer agrees:
- Property is safe for technician access
- Pets are secured
- Hazardous conditions are disclosed in advance
Company reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
10. Liability Limitation
Fix Routines and Best Brothers GC Inc shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Hidden structural issues
- Delays caused by access restrictions
- Damages beyond the scope of scheduled work
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current monthly subscription.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
